If you’d like to book your hardware in for repair our options are designed to be as flexible as possible depending on your availability and needs.
We offer a $20.00 pick up and delivery service from your home/office or you can drop off at our Tuggeranong drop off point at no extra charge.
We offer a $20.00 per item recycling fee. If you’d like to use this service, please indicate on the form.
We charge a min of 1Hr labour for all work undertaken at $150 and then it is part thereof after that. This min charge covers most jobs.
We take credits cards onsite or over the phone and there are NO credit card fee.
If you’d like to speed up the booking in process, please download and fill the form below and include it with your Mac when it is picked up or left at our drop off location in Tuggeranong.
If not, there are forms at the Tuggeranong office that can be filled in onsite.
